Pros

The call out system is simple; you talk to a robot which is sent over to the building. Some select management is good at their job. You do technically get Disney benefits but since its third party so its very limited.

Cons

The workplace is super unprofessional. A social ladder is required to climb to even move up in the company. Its impossible to earn a raise when its based on a point system only a few management can control, so if you do not work with these managers you could loose points that you should have gotten. Most of management is rude and unprofessional. Some management speaks down to employees like kids. Others do not care enough about the job which leads to issues. Issues like unmanaged aggressive, mean, and rude coworkers. On top of the unprofessional setting the customers are extremely rude; they trash the store and talk down to employees. Management had also promised pay raises during the busy winter season and failed to follow up with said promise, meaning they only said that to keep people from quitting during the holiday seasons. Underpaid and overworked.

Pros

You learn a lot of the business; scheduling and payroll, labor management, how to create a daily workflow to accomplish business objectives. You're provided with detailed insights into a store's operations- it's P&L statement, total inventory and how convert key data into actionable plans. Simply put, you are challenged and will learn a lot.

Cons

Company and store experience varies greatly by store location. Unfortunately, management favoritism results in certain individuals getting better treatment and greater access to professional opportunities. Additionally, Company HR is very tepid when addressing store issues pertaining to behaviors exhibited by store management towards associates. Scheduling can be very inflexible and unaccommodating.
