Pros
You get really good at folding clothes You learn good customer service You learn what maximum toxicity in a workplace looks like.
Cons
The whole work environment is so toxic it's really a joke.. -> gossiping (rumors spread like wildfire), triangulation, favoritism, harassment, lying, putting you down, findng & exploiting your weaknesses, stealing credit & doing it in your face, making fun of how you look, making fun of how you do your job. This is all managers, and your supposed co-workers. Low transparency between management & non-management, unless management likes you which goes back to favoritism, and if they DON'T like you, prepare to suffer and watch how everyone starts to magically turn against you, and that's if they don't already hate you... HR has tried to help me, but turns out they could only do so much. When I confront them about what I'm going through, they try to downplay a lot of what I am telling them, or tell me what I should do instead in those situations. A lot of the time, it just feels like they can't do too much, maybe because they need workers? So I don't want to be overly harsh with them, they have definitely tried to help me, but they also limit what they tell you, so it comes off a bit complacent at times. Ultimately, I really wish I followed my gut and just quit earlier. No job is worth your mental well-being. If you don't want to work with shady, mean, and toxic toxic people, I wouldn't suggest ever working at this place. Save your sanity.
