Pros

Everyone at UGT is helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely supportive. Their diligence and follow-up with employers to get you into a placement where you’ll be successful and add the most value, is second to none. I’m very appreciate of all that they do to build rapport with their clients as well as the relationships they foster with their employees. It makes for a great sense of security & allows you to just jump into the work and not worry about all the operational things that happen behind the scenes to take care of their employees.

Leadership values your opinions and actually listens! I get a weekly text from my manager to stay connected, but overall, they allow you the autonomy to work directly with the client you are assigned to, but they always have your back should you need it. Absolutely no micro management. They understand work-life balance and flexibility, As long as your client is happy, everyone's happy! Overall, UGT stands out as a reputable and responsible employer in the construction industry and beyond. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Cons

They could improve upon getting UGT employees together once a year to discuss challenges, share lessons learned and create a team mentality.
