Leadership values your opinions and actually listens! I get a weekly text from my manager to stay connected, but overall, they allow you the autonomy to work directly with the client you are assigned to, but they always have your back should you need it. Absolutely no micro management. They understand work-life balance and flexibility, As long as your client is happy, everyone's happy! Overall, UGT stands out as a reputable and responsible employer in the construction industry and beyond. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Cons

They could improve upon getting UGT employees together once a year to discuss challenges, share lessons learned and create a team mentality.

Cons

Jason Monastra, the COO of the company has committed serious libel and defamation against former employees. He is an egregious human being and a blatant liar. Stay away from this immoral organization.

United Global Technologies Response

This is the exact same review that appears over and over again. I am sorry that someone feels that they have been wronged in some way. Given the partners, semi-retirement, and the hiring of a leadership team, the COO has very limited communication with direct employees outside of mgmt. Ive been working d for UGT going 5 years now and I find them to be very caring and professional company. Never had any issues with the or complaint. Their salary is highly competitive and the leadership is very approachable.

Cons

Improve Health benefits and lower cost.
