I get a weekly text from my manager to stay connected, but overall, they allow you the autonomy to work directly with the client you are assigned to, but they always have your back should you need it. Absolutely no micro management. They understand work-life balance and flexibility, As long as your client is happy, everyone's happy! Overall, UGT stands out as a reputable and responsible employer in the construction industry and beyond. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

They could improve upon getting UGT employees together once a year to discuss challenges, share lessons learned and create a team mentality.
