Absolutely no micro management. They understand work-life balance and flexibility, As long as your client is happy, everyone's happy! Overall, UGT stands out as a reputable and responsible employer in the construction industry and beyond. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

They could improve upon getting UGT employees together once a year to discuss challenges, share lessons learned and create a team mentality.
