Pros

In earlier days it seemed like a good place to grow. As time went on, it’s obvious the highers only want to exploit their employees for their bottom dollar.

Cons

Workers are overworked and underpaid. Having managers take on two-three jobs that should belong to filled positions but they won’t even fill them. High turnover rate within this company. The CEO is checked out, don’t know why he has a 100% review. He’s all talk no action and doesn’t listen to his employees feedback and actually do something about it. They been taking benefits away little by little from employees over the years and keep increasing the workloads on current employees and burning them out. No wonder people don’t stay long here. The merger of United and Merfish was a bad idea, Merfish was a failing company and is dragging United right down with it. Here, you are replaceable. They don’t invest in their employees and there’s absolutely no room to grow. They hire outsiders instead of employees within the company to move up the ladder. If you want a heavy workload and not good pay then this is your company. Glad I got out.

Pros

It doesn't matter what location you work, everyone (for the most part) is willing to help. Good team dynamics.

Cons

Things could be so simple, but it seems as if they rather make it hard. Access to information and transparency would help employees work more efficiently.
