Reaching above the stars at UR is a great perspective headline because of the amount of success that can be attained within the company. UR has a sense of direction that is implemented from the very beginning. The company's policies, procedures and training is extremely valuable from safety (the top priority), work ethics all the way to individual accountability. Another positive note is that the entire work communities/branches who make up UR always seem to embrace each other with a sense of respect and always find a resourceful way to help each other...demonstrating our 1UR motto that we are one team; built to help each other. I feel that UR helps direct careers for individuals and opens the doors without any hesitation which is hard to come by. They give so much back to the employees which is why I know I work for the number one company!
