Pros
There is a real focus on the customer throughout the company. It's not just customer support but it's marketing, sales, support and engineering are all focused on the customer and working to meet the needs of the customer. When customers have problems there is a sense of urgency across these different groups that work together to solve the problem. The engineering organization is very talented and is moving in the right direction. The "can do" attitude of the company and the ability to shift resources to address the needs within a small company and the willingness of the people to take on those short term assignments and jobs to meet the immediate need. It's a fun and challenging environment in which to work.

Too much to do and not enough time. Too many #1 priorities.
