Pros

Hands down for best place i have ever worked and that is when i have industry experience of 12+ year. I have worked at pretty good companies around the world but none of them matches to Unity. You can find companies with free lunch, unlimited stocks and many other benefits but what makes Unity unique is not just that. 1. The culture is great. People care for each other. They want to be successful as group and not as an individual. 2. Everyone strongly believes in democratising the game development. For everyone their game developers/users are most important. 3. Very very innovative place. Everyone is doing something new everyday. 4. People own stuff. No middle management. Everyone takes decision and feel empowered. 5. Awesome benefits and great office location. You will get opportunities to travel if in right team. 6. CEO and his leadership is very humble and transparent. Communication is really good. 7. Its going to be a pretty successful company if everyone keep doing the right thing.

Cons

Not anything i can think of.

Pros

Strong visibility across multiple internal business units (Sales, TAM, Product, Finance). Excellent place to sharpen your skills as a cross-functional "translator" because the data demands are constant and highly visible.

Cons

The organization suffers from significant corporate governance issues. There is a palpable operational bias and favoritism toward specific global offices (specifically Israel / Middle East leadership pipelines), resulting in a massive imbalance in how decisions are made, resources are allocated, and credit is given. Furthermore, psychological safety is practically non-existent in certain divisions; toxic management behavior, including professional bullying and systemic harassment, goes completely unchecked by HR, creating an incredibly stressful and exclusionary workplace.
