There is a palpable operational bias and favoritism toward specific global offices (specifically Israel / Middle East leadership pipelines), resulting in a massive imbalance in how decisions are made, resources are allocated, and credit is given. Furthermore, psychological safety is practically non-existent in certain divisions; toxic management behavior, including professional bullying and systemic harassment, goes completely unchecked by HR, creating an incredibly stressful and exclusionary workplace.
