Competitive salary for Vilnius, usually on the higher end for a similar experience (if counting stock bonus) Great work-life balance. Cons
Base salary is lower than the competition and the stock bonus has its own limitations (have to wait for a year till the first payment, you receive stock and not cash, complex tax process) Issues with higher management Rumors of hybrid remote work. At the time of writing this, it's fully remote with free access to the office for anyone who wants, but higher management has been insisting on having some form of a mandatory visit to the office in hybrid mode. It's still not fully decided and look for newer reviews for update
