Pros
People seem to live by the values. People are friendly and helpful. There are employee resource groups and lots of events. Paid volunteer hours (20/year), some charitable giving is matched ($500/year), extra 'Connect days' of vacation, a few more stat holidays observed than some employers. RRSP matching up to ~4% of paycheque.
Cons
Year long wait for first equity vesting. Health insurance only covers 80% for many services and for your dependants. Generally am too busy to participate in activities outside of project work. Seems to have cut back on remote hiring and support for remote workers to go to in-person events.
