Equal pay (compensation & Benefits) is certainly not something that the company worries about. There are individuals doing identical roles, who are getting paid substantially more than their colleagues who have served far longer tenures. If you are looking for a company that takes pride in ensuring all of their staff are paid fairly and, where relevant (eg. doing identical roles), equally, Unity is not for you.
