Pros

Coworkers in my department were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons

Literally everything from the moment you walk in. The whole office space is anxiety inducting and lack of windows makes you depressed. The light you are allowed is on your two 15min breaks or 30min lunch. Timecard is very strict so if you remember how being a few min late to class affected your attendance in high school prepare for reliving that experience. Your managers are rude and unhelpful. I believe they just can’t be bothered with things for the low pay they also make. Don’t expect anyone to email you back about anything, ever. Ever heard of “mandatory overtime” !?!? Well get ready for a wild ride because you’re always in mandatory overtime. Perhaps nobody can correlate the high turnover to the actual work being 2 weeks behind schedule. Even if you’re still in your 90 day period, nobody is safe from mandatory overtime. But if you ask for a day off within a 90 day period you will be denied because you have no rights unless it’s when they can squeeze out more overtime out of you. If you enjoy contradicting ideas even more, you’ll be happy to hear that phones and headphones are not allowed at all. very strict policy. UNTILL you’re in overtime after 3:30 or on weekends. At that point you’re allowed headphones which before over-time were strictly prohibited.
