Pros
At this time, looking back... Other than the few people who were great at their job and were able to push management in the right direction; I cannot think of a single pro. They only get a two star, over a one due to the people who made some days a pleasure to work, and others tolerable.
Cons
- Terrible benefits, I hope you never get sick cause enjoy that 14k OOP (at the time of writing this). - Openly hostile management. - Lack of company direction in regards to technology. - Outdated tech stack that management refuses to let developers properly address. - Overly client focused to the point where you are switching tasks constantly and unable to finish the previous one. - Non-existent vendor relations where we were forced to build against systems with no documentation or sandbox.
