The Software Department is lost without a map. There is hardly any communication between team members aside from the morning stand up. There are 2 Seniors that are helpful but they are always pulled onto calls and urgent tasks, so you can't rely on consistent guidance. Management is the problem here. They're a bottleneck for every single process - seriously. It doesn't matter how little or complex anything may be, how technical or not, urgent.. bottleneck.
