Pros

While Upstream is still relatively small at the moment, we are rapidly expanding and with each new hire comes a different perspective. The culture is that of mutual respect, and it is apparent with each interaction that takes place.

Cons

Because it is still a relatively new start-up, the org is still in the process of establishing best practices and policies however I do not feel the lack of practices/policies hinder my job performance.
