Pros

Innovative, forward-thinking and mission-driven organization. There is never a doubt in my mind that I am doing impactful work at Upstream. The compensation and benefits package is competitive and generous for a nonprofit. Leadership seems to genuinely care about equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace practices.

Cons

As with every company, there are growing pains. Many tools, systems, and processes are still being built out and fine-tuned. The fast pace is not for everyone.
