Pros

Everyone takes tremendous pride in the work they are doing. We also care a lot about each other. Who we are as people is seen, heard and valued. I can look across my team and larger department and see another human. A high respect and performance bar is present and that is very motivating.

Cons

This isn't exactly a con but with all the rapid change in our industry, Upstream needs to stay very on its toes and nimble. The mission is large as is the effort to support our mission. We have made strides here for sure but we need to continue to be careful to prioritize our wellbeing while in a highly service-oriented, ambitious work environment. It's a balance to strike.

While the organization is young and growing, it's still working on its strategy, career paths, and expansion. However, the leadership team is actively addressing these areas, showing a commitment to improvement and future growth.
