Pros
Uptake is filled with curious, smart people that push the limits. Because of this, I work on interesting projects with people all across the company, learning and growing in ways I didn't expect. This company rewards curiosity with the ability to work on things you find interesting, which ultimately leads to a more dedicated population. I have some of the best working relationships I've ever had at Uptake because of management's emphasis on having open and honest conversations about personal and professional growth. I consider myself very lucky to be a part of this organization.

One of the amazing things about Uptake is its speed. We get things done quickly and make decisions fast. However, this can sometimes lead to an air of frustration and high stress.
