This is a fast paced team. It is a nice balance between work-hard/play hard. It is amazing some of the things we have accomplished. There is frequent communication and regular meetings with leadership. Each Sunday the CEO sends a note to all employees - great insight and guidance from a leadership POV. The office just did a really nice renovation - green plants and more than 30 screens all over the office - it promotes the culture of community. New - Uptake Café will open soon and there will even be a barista! This is great for a flexible working environment.
