Pros
The work was very interesting, and engineers had broad discretion on how to solve the tasks put before them. There were many talented engineers to collaborate with and learn from. The office space, internal groups, and tech stack are some of the best I've worked with.
Cons
Extreme attrition and outsourcing have moved the few revenue-generating parts of the business to the background. The pivot to the new platform was an interesting move, but the Chief Architect is laughably incompetent at writing software according to modern standards of test-ability or usability.
