Thank you for sharing your perspective on diversity at Uptake. We continue to strive to build a diverse and inclusive community at Uptake. We’re rolling out programs to support our employees such as partnering with the Center on Halsted for a company-wide pronoun training and sponsoring WomenHack job fairs at our Chicago HQ. We've also increased our diverse recruitment strategies and rolled out a new platform to further support our team with employee resource groups. While building a diverse team can take time, we stand by our commitment to our initiatives and will continue to ensure a welcoming and safe environment where people can be their authentic selves every day.
