We appreciate your feedback on both the pros and cons of working at Uptake. We realize this review is from December, but our leadership team has made tremendous strides in providing transparency and visibility within our organization. One of the things we are most proud of is Kayne's CEO Updates that are done every Monday morning to the entire company; in addition, we have continued the cadence of our monthly All Hands. The added focus, combined with having the right talent in place, puts us in a strong position to continue to grow and gain market share.
