Pros
-Beautiful Buildings & Campus. -Some really sweet & amazing people work here -You are given responsibility from the beginning & you can learn a lot if you are a self starter. -Decent employee discount at all URBN brands & even a corporate discount on food & coffee. -Vacation policy & benefits are pretty standard...I've seen better & worse. -Some people are really great at their jobs - You can learn a lot about how to run and how to not run a business This is the perfect company for you if you are any of the below. -love the clothes & company image. If you drink the UO kool aid you'll be happy & maybe even thrive. -semi competent worker who compartmentalizes: you can complete the work (minimal level of effort will get you far enough here) & leave the office at the office. If your great at checking out when you leave work you may have a fighting

I'd describe this company as a bad boyfriend... that beautiful guy who you thought was cool, smart, & maybe even alittle bit funny. However it turns out once your together he really wasn't that cool, wasn't that smart, & the joke was on you. -I thought my salary was decent if I was being paid to do one job...but in reality you are doing the job of 2 or 3 -Company was unsure of the direction they were heading in. -Management set up themselves & their teams with unrealistic goals and seemed surprised when they didn't work out. -People would leave & they weren't really replaced...their jobs were absorbed by others without a raise -There was air of discontent in the employees---everyone was resenting someone or something...very few people seemed truly happy in their job. - Managers would implement polices & wouldn't really follow through on making sure they were carried out - All the perks are there to keep you at work. You really don't need to leave if you have your dog, food, & gym at the office...especially your if single & don't have kids - no real mentoring or trajectory for growth...but you could luck out & have a coworker or supervisor who you could respect & learn form. -people are not qualified or prepared for the roles they have
