Pros
Not many these days. It's sad to see what Usablenet has become. The organization is losing everything.. clients, integrity, and good employees. The perks are similar to any tech company (free snacks, gym membership, mobile phone, ping pong table, happy hours) but these are not adequate reasons to join.
Cons
WARNING - extremely high turnover. Frequent layoffs accross all teams / departments. It's sad to see so many talented and amazing people quit or get fired. Linkedin stats shows company growth declined over 30% since last year alone. This is a result of poor management and consistent decline in revenue. AM's and PM's are setup for failure before their first day. Each day is spent dealing with furious / unhappy clients who are waiting for their contracts to expire. Good luck trying to sell / manage projects in a situation like that. Obsolete technology that can't compete in today's market.. company has failed and refuses to adapt. Big name clients are leaving or only working with us in reduced capacity. Don't be fooled by the client list on the website.."goin responsive" is today's buzzword. C-level has no strategy or vision for the future except Assistive and QA Services? This is a joke and will not save the company. Your employees have lost all confidence. Management is clueless.
