Pros
No previous experience needed for the job position. Acceptable salary for those who are not skilled yet. It's a great place to learn the basics of development flows and product creation cycles (if you're lucky to have experienced and knowledgeable people in your team, since some of them will just talk and give you no valuable information whatsoever).
Cons
There is no advancement in the career. No opportunity to gain new skills. Improvement on the company level is only switching to a bigger office, and hiring vast numbers of new people and increasing the number of total employees. Tendency to neglect basic social needs, prohibiting the communication between people, promoting unhealthy human relations based on stepping over others to gain favor in the eyes of those who are on the higher position. Discrimination is high even though the managing team will tell you otherwise. You cannot be who you are, you have to be mindless and subdued, and just follow what you're told. You cannot freely state your opinion about the simplest personal tastes. Communication with the Italian team is really a big problem, you cannot say anything that is productive or inventive because of the general opinion that you do not know, will not know how to do the job, despite the fact you are actually doing the job, the one they should be doing.
