Pros
- Fast growing company - Work with Fortune 500 accounts - Good variety in tasks and work keep things interesting - Ability to interact with client - Given responsibility and control over projects (usually) - There were a handful of interesting characters working there - Free snacks - Decent Coffee - Spectacular company potential
Cons
- Abysmal and deteriorating quality of middle management - Some staff are subjected to work in dreary windowless offices, surrounded by black paint, a loud vent, and desk-sized cubicles - Increasing level of office politics is quickly destroying morale and pushing out talent - Middle/Upper management feigns interest in problems and spend too much time protecting their jobs - Reputation of not keeping promises to workers - Bonuses/Salaries are capped and deserving employees are often underpaid - Unnecessary stress during deadlines due to poor decision making from middle management - Understaffed/underpaid development team - Increasing work hours without increasing pay - No accurate measure in place to gauge success of staff - Now, due to the political climate, staff are no longer able to openly communicate concerns freely - Highly inefficient
