Being a part of providing excellent patient care. Co-workers are generally pleasant to be around. Leadership is supportive, available and very helpful.

Cons

Non-clinical policies and procedures lacks innovation. Administration is content with doing things the way that they've been done for years regardless of if there are ways to improve.

Pros

Working with cancer patients is very rewarding. Its very nice to be able to help the patients and their families during tough times.

Cons

Management has no idea what they are doing. Terrible experience. This is only for the Clinical Trials Department.
