Pros

Everyone is awesome to work with. Very fun to get to know all the patients and enjoy what your doing everyday

Cons

The yearly reviews to get a raise are very small. If you hit all your goals, the raise was still less than a dollar.

Working with cancer patients is very rewarding. Its very nice to be able to help the patients and their families during tough times.

Cons

Management has no idea what they are doing. Terrible experience. This is only for the Clinical Trials Department.
