Pros
You get to take the truck home, you can eat the product (it is good), and you get stuff from other vendors.
Cons
Management is terrible. There is absolute zero fairness in how they treat you. Plan on working for next to nothing, and if you do get lucky enough to get a route that brings half decent money, plan on working yourself to death. No overtime pay whatsoever. Benefits--what a joke! They change the rules and make up new rules on a daily basis. No employee appreciation. No sick days and only one personal day per year. Vacation is very limited. You are forced to work 11 days in 2 weeks when there is a holiday, instead of being able to enjoy any time with family. They make you come in on your day off every single week to pick up company equipment without paying you. So basically, don't work here, you will hate it! THIS COMPANY DEFINES THE NEED FOR A UNION!!!!!!!!!!
