Pros
- Company continues to grow - A lot of good people work here - Family-oriented, for the most part (see Cons) - Great Christmas party - Free snacks! - Potential for advancement for some people - Most of the VPs are actually decent people who you can talk to on your level
Cons
- As Utz grows & acquires other companies, some crucial departments are not growing with it, putting strain on the current employees. - Got a rotten raise my first year, despite being the most productive & reliable employee in my department - Company keeps hiring more VPs, resulting in increasingly more demands and after-hours commitments from an already strained support staff.
