      Good flexible time, good team, facility managament is helpful, The "technology" roles involve your standard corporate support things: desktop support, network engineering, infrastructure programming, database maintainence.

      Pros

      I don't think there are any pros other than that you only have a job when you work for them.

      Cons

      No job opportunities the benefits are also not good. There is no sponsorship for GC and no yearly evaluation of your performance to get a promotion, but if you don't do well, for sure you will get blamed.
