      Pros

      • You can learn lots of things from v2soft • Employees are good and helpful. • The base compensation is appropriate & commission structure is excellent. Staff and employees very helpful and always willing to lend a hand All the employees are fun to work with, and passionate about their work.

      Cons

      I have worked around 1 year 3 months, i didn't see any cons.

      Pros

      I don't think there are any pros other than that you only have a job when you work for them.

      Cons

      No job opportunities the benefits are also not good. There is no sponsorship for GC and no yearly evaluation of your performance to get a promotion, but if you don't do well, for sure you will get blamed.
