Contracting Case Study - Anonymous employee V2soft Employee Review

1 - You are on your own once you are with client, and have to prove to the client that you have the right skills for doing the work. Don't think that V2Soft Account manager would that for you. 2 - Expect no support from V2Soft account manager on site. 3 - Changing a contract during the contract is not a good idea, even if you have another job lined up to leave. The V2Soft account manager would say and do anything to keep where you are, with the old contract. i.e.: the account manager would go as far as signing a new V2Soft contract, a legal document, to prevent you to leave the job, and once you signed the new contract with your accord and expectations, they just ignore the new contract and continue with the old contract till you find out at the next paycheck. They will simply say they can not change it, and the client won't pay, even though they signed the new contract and it is legally, they still breach the contract. 4 - The management lacks a strategic goal toward expanding services and contracting workforce. So, don't expect that management would do anything to get you higher than where you are within the current contract or with a new contract.
