      Pros

      Flexible Timings, Respect of developers, Cooperation from onshore teams and senior staff. Some very big clients and exciting projects, learning and growing possibilities are there. good compensation for deserving candidates. New Challenges and exiting technologies.

      Cons

      Most of the project follows waterfall method , with out proper planning , developers face hectic work load. No portfolio in open source community , no one contribute to open source.

      Pros

      I don't think there are any pros other than that you only have a job when you work for them.

      Cons

      No job opportunities the benefits are also not good. There is no sponsorship for GC and no yearly evaluation of your performance to get a promotion, but if you don't do well, for sure you will get blamed.
