Pros
Product-based marketing with a shared team of writers and juniors. Work From Home (During Post covid period) HR team was really supportive and good Hybrid model or Work from Home (Depends on project and manager) Director of Marketing Mr. Raymond Drzala was really nice to work with one who would often listen to your inputs and respect your feedback.
Cons
Coordination between teams could have been better at times. Apart from a few individuals the management structure and system have a lot to be desired. Top management is still living an unrealistic life in 80s and will treat employees accordingly. They force you to write a review as soon as you join the organization and check that review before you post it. Most of the reviews here are not true.
