      I have been working at V2Soft (More nearly 5 years) Growth opportunity to work in multiple skills. Supportive in gaining new skills and new initiatives. Company is growing to new peaks. Good company for the fresher’s to learn

      Need to Improve on proper realistic planning based on team commitment. Need to Improve on Employee productivity and team building.

      Pros

      I don't think there are any pros other than that you only have a job when you work for them.

      Cons

      No job opportunities the benefits are also not good. There is no sponsorship for GC and no yearly evaluation of your performance to get a promotion, but if you don't do well, for sure you will get blamed.
