Pros

Start up vibe for a company that has recreated itself. Casual work environment and good work/life balance.

Cons

You get a lot thrown at you, so not a good environment if you are used to lots of hand holding and don't enjoy being challenged.

We have a solid program in place for Internships to ensure our Interns have a close relationship with either their mentor or manager.
