Pros
The company has put together one of the greatest atmospheres that I have been in. Over the 10+ years I have worked in technology, Vbrick was the best workplace that I went to work in. Everyone made themselves available when needed, and communication always was open and friendly. My manager was awesome to work for and the team of engineers is the most talented group you can find in any company. I enjoyed working on the products each and every day. Having a 90-minute commute never bothered me because I knew that when I got to work I was going to have a fun day. I appreciate the people at Vbrick and wish them all the best.
Cons
At times I hoped that the structure of everyday processes would have been better.
