A failed market, product, and sales strategy. No collaboration or communication from top down. Various product and software issues that have led to customers to leave in droves. Massive cutbacks and employees/revenues are shrinking. A focus on the corporate market which leaves massive gaps in the federal and education business. Analysts have downgraded the companies position in the market. New employees are leaving as fast as they are hired. Company never made the transition from a hardware company to a software company.
