Pros

The company encourages a culture of personal ownership, accountability, and control over your role in the organization. As a former employee of VBrick and now being back on the team again...the fresh direction and energy from the current management team is exciting. The company is innovating again!

Cons

Company still has some inefficient internal procedures as it pertains to back-end database and information management which I believe are hang overs from the old school methodology...but management appears to be slowly addressing these.

We have a solid program in place for Internships to ensure our Interns have a close relationship with either their mentor or manager.
