- toxic CRO, Jim Rich has made multiple people quit in the few months working here - no organization or support, you will be on your own here - failing product - there is no accountability with HR, you absolutely will be harassed/abused on multiple occasions

The transformation in the sales organization has already produced great results. We are very focused on performance and have provided more tools for enablement and productivity to all Sales people than at any time in our history. Don't mistake accountability for toxicity. We have a solid program in place for Internships to ensure our Interns have a close relationship with either their mentor or manager.
