Friendly and supportive teammates. Plenty of opportunities to learn new skills through hands-on experience. Managers recognize hard work and are approachable when you need support.

I haven't run into any major issues so far.

From the moment I started at VC3, you could immediately feel that they genuinely wanted to help you grow. There's so much to learn here, especially if you're open to picking up new skills, from technical work all the way to client handling. The leaders here are approachable, not the "untouchable" type, so even as a new hire, you're not afraid to ask questions. The training is honestly comprehensive, you never feel like you're just thrown in and left to figure things out on your own.

No cons for now, just the positive parts.
