Pros
They offer great benefits- medical, dental, vision, lots of PTO, home-buyer down payment assistance and education assistance (you can get in, get a degree and get out) are great ! Lots of great medical professionals who care about their patients.
Cons
Very low retention rate (especially in certain departments) typically caused by poor management that HR seems not to notice or not to care about. Billing a patient's insurance is often the MAIN priority. Also, hope you don't mind paying to park every day just to go to work, because you will.
