Pros
Great company to work for love my patients and the people I work with. Managers are really nice and easy to talk to very flexible when I need time off for appointments. I absolutely love what I do.
Cons
My unit is only Monday through Friday so there is not really a chance to get overtime when you want it for missing a day, on holidays we use our own PTO instead of them paying us, we pay for parking which is not cheap at all and insurance copays are high if you are not seeing one of there doctor's you're basically forced to change all of your doctors to VCU doctors unless you don't mind paying the extra money. They don't pay much for them to be such a big hospital and have a huge reputation I am very underpaid.
