Pros
Insurance is great. VCU will pay for you to go back to school for anything you want. Pay is OK
Cons
Everything here is catered to day shift employees. They don't open anything early so off shifts can go in when they get off (HR, cafeteria, Employee Health, etc) You have to pay a ridiculous amount to park, most all of which are so far away you have to take a bus to even get to work.
