Pros
Fantastic work environment. Shared governance—-so nurses get a say in policies, and practice. Safe patient ratios, excellent health benefits (I didn’t realize how excellent until I saw other packages at other companies). I will always miss having worked here!
Cons
The usual cons that are everywhere —-weekends, holidays, etc etc. nothing glaring and horrible that bothered me a lot.
