If you need the money; don’t waste your time with VCUhealth - Care Partner - ICU VCU Health Employee Review

Pay is FAR below average. Other hospitals in the area pay their techs/CPs around $2-4 more per hour. Low pay and long hours simply isn’t sustainable while attending college full time. Maybe it would work out for nursing students, but if you need the money - don’t waste your time at VCU. Also, care partners are often severely understaffed, sometimes with 1 CP for an entire floor, especially at night.
